Human Tech Cards
Human Tech cards are powerful bits of Human Technology that can be developed by the Resistance. When a Human Tech card is drawn, it should be placed face up on the table near the Resistance Phase Sheet so all players can see it. Human Tech cards are powerful bonuses for the Human Resistance and remain in play continuing to globally effect the Humans.
It is important to note that Human Tech cards are NOT Events. However, any card or ability that could cancel an Event may be used to try and cancel a Human Tech card. When this is attempted, roll a D6. On the roll of 4, 5, or 6, the Human Tech card is successfully canceled. On the roll of 1, 2, or 3, the attempt fails.
