Q. On the card ‘There's Too Many!’ it says you may remove Zombies from the board if you don't have enough to spawn, does this also apply when spawning Zombies during normal play?
A. This is a special case just for that card. You may only remove and place Zombies from elsewhere on the board with cards that specifically say so, such as ‘There's Too Many!’.
