Flying Between Cities

Though Flying was still relatively new in the 1930s, there was a system in place for commercial flights all over the world. A Hero that either starts their move in a City or enters a City during their move, may interrupt their Movement to take a Flight to any other City on the board.

Flying costs 2 Fortune to fly to any Major City or 3 Fortune to fly to any Minor City (note that only the destination City matters, not the City you are leaving from).

The Hero is immediately transported to the destination City and may continue their Movement from there. It does not cost any Movement for the actual Flight itself.

For example, Duke Dudley is in the Yucatan. He moves into Mexico and then into Mexico City. From there he pays 2 Fortune to fly to Hong Kong and then moves one more Space into China. This took him a movement of only 3 Spaces as well as the 2 Fortune for the Flight.
