Reading Cards
Most cards in the game should be read aloud to all players when drawn, starting with the card title. The only exceptions to this are Event cards and some City cards (ones that have the Secret Icon ('!' in a red circle) in the upper left corner).
Only Event cards and
some City cards are kept
secret when drawn by a
player. All other cards should
be read aloud when drawn.
